1 - When ordering , you choose the " Delivery method " in terms of delivery. Then validate your shipping address.
2 - When your order is shipped , the carrier will send you an email asking you to click on the link giving access to online tracking of your parcel.
3 - The day of the delivery, the carrier will give you your order.
You are required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered, and where appropriate to issue any reservations on the delivery of the carrier.

** For packages distributed by mail in France and Belgium (Colissimo and Bpost), in the absence of the recipient, the shipment is made pending in the post office nearest to the place of delivery. If one of your articles you are not satisfied, you can return it for exchange or refund.
All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, by returning the postage prepaid package, at your expense, to NUTSERY®, Chaussée de Tervuren, 1340 Braine-Le-Chateau, Belgium.
In order to speed up the logistics processing and reimbursement to the client, The Nutsery® wants the items be returned in their original packaging with your order number, your purchase order or invoice. This may be written by hand if necessary.
Please indicate the return patterns on the document to be attached to the package. The open items can not be returned. In case of improper returns, The Nutsery® will not refund returned items. The Nutsery® also reserves the right to refuse an order later. In the case of an exchange command, you do not pay a new processing fee.
The processing time of your return can vary from 3 days to 7 days.
